Keeping yourself busy during the quitting process is a great way to get your mind of cigarette cravings. Try and do things that get your mind of smoking, for instance exercising is an awesome method to rid yourself of nicotine cravings.
Exercising makes you feel healthier, refreshed, energized and boosts your motivation to quit.
Excercising regularly will enhance your chances of success, both physically and mentality. Get your body moving and working, the great thing is that you dont have to spend hours in a gym or run a marathon, a simple walk with a friend will suffice.
Walking is the best method to take, if one has been inactive for awhile. Instead of watching TV, take a stroll down to the park, breath the fresh air and think to yourself, how happy you are that you are quitting smoking.
